Maybe it's a generation thing, but I know quite a few people younger than me that marvel over Chrome. I have a handful of significant issues with Chrome.
First, I have issue with the uber-minimalist attitude that says that menu bars are somehow evil. There is no way to learn a program faster than to review the menu items available. It is frankly a pain to find things in Chrome that I assume should be somewhere in settings but finding the Settings menu isn't nearly as obvious as it should be.
Second, who was the nerd at Google that decided sidebars are evil? One of the things I like about Firefox is that I can put my bookmarks in the sidebar. I have a handful of links I hit often and other links I have archived. Thus, the bookmark menu. Chrome's ridiculous idea is to keep another window open for the bookmarks. My screen is 2048x1152. I have the real estate for a sidebar. WTF doesn't Chrome have a sidebar?
Third, Chrome doesn't yet have an equivalent of NoScript. Sorry Google, the single most common item blocked by NoScript is google-analytics. Without NoScript, Chrome is a definite non-starter.
I like that Chrome is fast but beyond that it really doesn't do much for me. I like that IE9 and FF4 allow me to show the menu bar if I want it. I like the sidebars in FF. The open source nature of FF means there are more extensions for FF than for either of the others.
